Managing the city’s population and factions is key. Each group has its own goals and thirst for power. As the leader, you’ll need to carefully navigate their interests, especially in the Council Hall, where major decisions are made. The Game also Offers a campaign with a multi-chapter Story and a sandbox mode for endless experimentation. Plus, with the FrostKit modding tool, you can create your own scenarios and take your city in any direction you imagine.
