Overview of VLADiK BRUTAL:
This story is set in a fictitious country in the area of Europe and this is a country under the rule of a dictator for quite a long time. He is very much cautious and has done a number of purges ; any one who went against him was killed. All aspects of lives were dictated and monitored by the government and the people were oppressed and resourceful.

However, it should be noted that such experiments required unhygienic and often lethal work which was the prisoners’ lot.
